Review: The hosts were decent but the view from our room was not good. Moreover, the management is available from 10am to 9pm only, they don't have any reception or location otherwise.

Positive points: Everything was great! nThe staff were very helpful and friendly. nThe location was perfect, everything we needed was nearby. It was especially convenient to have a 24-hour grocery store close by. Overall, the place was excellent!

Positive points: Good apartment for small family in nice city

Positive points: Perfect view over kiss bridge and fireworks show. We picked this property in particular as many of the other apartments in “the Hill” or “the sea” have bright orange or lime green decor which we didn’t think would feel very calming for a week, and sole casa had neutral decor and comfortable layout. We were not disappointed. The elevation of the property was perfect for taking in the view which you would not get in one of the hotels on the front row. For anyone concerned about walking uphills or climbing stairs, there are escalators which can take you up and down street levels and hundreds of electric carts which cost about $3.50aud to take you from the bottom to the top of the town. A really beautiful view from every room in our apartment.

What impressed me the most was the staff here, who are extremely enthusiastic and professional. The check-in process was very quick and easy, especially with a representative office nearby, so any assistance needed is very accessible.nnI highly appreciate the quality of service and will definitely return when I have the chance.
