Review: This is a good hotel, conveniently located for most tourist stuff in DaNang.

Staff friendly and attentive. Good quality towels, bedding, etc. Large bathroom with adequate shower space. Kettle and tea and coffee supplied.

Rooms good some with small balcony but cramming in an extra large bed is a mistake making access to it a bit tight. The rooms are starting to show signs of age so their rating will decline without a good deep clean or some refurbishment. Nonetheless a very pleasant stay.

There is a small storage area that they let me keep my bicycle in, thanks.

Positive points: It was small, cozy type bedroom. However, it was clean and I really liked the room even if it's small. According to the price, It was very nice. You get 2-3 India restaurant nearby. My khe beach is nearby hotel. We had two night stay there. You can keep luggage at hotel after check out if you have to go for lunch or you have to catch the bus at night. They are helpful.

Everything, from the wonderful staff to the hot running water, was simply first class!

Positive points: I liked the staffs, very helpful and polite. As I understood that they were understaffed at the time we checked in, but they still try their best to accommodate us. I saw one of the staff helping us to check in, carry luggage to our room, work at the counter at night, appear again early morning to serve breakfast in the restaurant. They worked really hard.
Location is nice, near the beach, easy for grab to access. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Review: overall hotel was well worth the price, but the facilities could do with a upgrade?

breakfast was minimal effort, maybe best is not offier it at all? seemed tired and most times food was cold and if you arrived 30mins before their closed, you were told that thats it, they were not cutting more fruit or putting out more items.

the rooms and overall hotel is much older then depicted in photos. but it was clean and shower was hot. but fittings were rusty, leaky and our bathroom ceiling had a gaping hole in it.

but , all said and done, it was a great location, central to everything and the salon across the road is fully recommended for a hair wash or mani pedi!

Very good location. 5 minutes by walk to the beach. And not noisy street. Breakfast was tasty and every day different dishes. Perfect coffee for the breakfast.
Will recommend to our friends for sure and will come back again
