Review: Good stay as usual, this time tried the breakfast option. Not really impressed I guess, considering that there’s a lot of food options around.

Negative points: No alternative to pork in the buffet. No room service. POOR AIR CONDITIONING (fix that ASAP because that will be the only reason I won’t stay here again).

Review: Same menus for breakfast buffet everyday. Breakfast buffet close by 9:30 sharp. You have to vacate the breakfast buffet area by 9:30 even if you did not finish eating! nnOther than breakfast buffet, everything was good.

Positive points: The location was perfect! There were a lot of convenience stores, restaurants and shops around. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Positive points: Great value and location. Rooms are clean and somewhat modern.

Negative points: My Heat/AC didn't work. I called the front desk to have it fixed and they said they would send engineering to look. Hours later nothing. I called back because the climate still wasn't good. They said they would come with a fan and never did.

Review: We were looking for a quiet restful night of sleep, which Shilla Stay provided perfectly. On the 21th floor, absolutely no noise and the blackout curtains were pretty effective. nnNetflix wasn't provided but we could rent a OTT box at the lobby for less than 3 dollars, and the TV was a bit small. Water pressure wasn't too strong too, might be due to being on a higher floor. Still acceptable.

Review: The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating! We want to give a special thanks to Mr. Chris Choi, who made our honeymoon trip so special from the moment we checked in. Location was also great with a convenience store next door, and a quick 15-minute walk to Gangnam Station. Would definitely stay here again!
