Positive points: The hotel location was good - approximately 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Staff was able to give us a room even though we arrived a little bit earlier than official check in time, which was nice of them. The shower water pressure was great!

Review: At 2 a.m. on our first night, we ran out of tissues after using just three sheets. I phoned the front desk, and they told me to come to the second floor to pick some up. When I got there, the staff on duty said they had none and told me to return to my room—they’d bring them later.nnA few minutes afterwards, the same employee who answered the phone knocked on my door and handed over the tissues with a noticeable attitude, no apology or greeting. I was the only one who bothered to say “thank you.”nnA small request at an odd hour shouldn’t turn into a frustrating back‑and‑forth. The dismissive service left a bad impression that’s hard to overlook.

Review: Great hotel with a great gym, however, there's no coin laundry in the hotel for those that wants to stay for a longer period.nnThere's a 7/11 on the first floor and a gym on the 5th floor that has good quality equipment. There's a bit of a walk to the subway stations (green line is an uphill walk as well), so be mindful if you plan on taking the metro a lot.nnOverall a great hotel with nice and friendly staff.

Positive points: It’s in a nice location between two areas with lots of bars and restaurants. Try kkanbu chicken.nnGym was good but if more than 2 people in there it’s a little stifling. nnCompletely fine. We wouldn’t stay in Gangnam next time - definitely Hongdae or Seong-su but for our trip it was completely fine. Not memorable in any way but everything was pretty easy and seamless. Breakfast was fine, they had an egg station but couldn’t poach an egg, had avocado salad but couldn’t give me an avocado. You get it.

Review: Convenient location. Great staff. Good amenities. Just wish they have a variety of choices for breakfast. I kept eating the same food everyday. But overall highly recommended for travellers. Thank you Shillastay.

Positive points: We tried to eat dinner at 3rd floor restaurant. Din't get accepted due to fully booked for 3 times in a raw. Restaurant personnel didn't informed us that we can make reservation ahead of time. We only get informed the 3rd time we visited the restaurant.
