Review: Location, facilities, cleanliness and staff are great... But too bit expensive..
Negative points: 4 time power failure
Review: Check in was fast. Breakfast was ok nothing special, facilities good, location good.nAs it can see from the pictures the sheet was stain. Try to call room service or receptionist however the phone was unable to used. Have to go down to asked for change the sheet and asked to fix the phone. However it took three times to complaint for engineering come to fix the phone. As no one came to change the sheet, I went down asked the receptionist to change the sheet.nReturned at night the sheet remain unchanged. What a great services!nWith the price I have to pay against services I got it’s not worthy!

Review: Sering sekali saya menginap di sini dengan penuh pengalaman luar biasa.nSekali waktu ada masalah dengan F&B / ROOM DINING, dengan buruk nya staffnya resto memberikan kesan yang sangat amat BURUK bernama ISWATI dan manager resto bernama ANI sangat tidak membantu.nUntung lah dari pihak receptionist FOM bernama LIA bisa membantu dengan penuh perhatian, Harap untuk restoran dapat memperbaiki kualitas pelayanannya sekelas bintang 5.

Positive points: Well appointed room. Quiet. nExcellent bed. nLoved the health club (sauna, steam baths, jacuzzi, gym)nAttentive and responsive staff
Negative points: Had an issue with AC in the room, but it was addressed promptly, it happens. nJapanese restaurant on site is sub-par, one of the worst Japanese meals I’ve had in Indonesia (and I’ve had a lot). I understand it’s sub-leased so in no way the hotels responsibility.

Review: Shangri-La Surabaya setup is kinda similar with Jakarta, with some greens inside the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city but if you need some relax time, I think this is a good choice.

Review: tidak tahu harus komentar apa, semuanya lengkap, bahkan ada jacuzzi , cocok banget buat yang mau bawa anak ada tempat bermain anak dan kolam renangnya oke banget
