Positive points: The apartment receptionist is friendly and helpful
Negative points: The Guest Service asked us to transfer Rp. 750.000 for the deposit. But until now, it has been 20 days, we have not received the refund. I have reminded the Guest Services twice, but seemed no positive response. Very disappointed for this services.
