Review: The location is awesome and just a walking distance to main tourist attractions. The room had everything needed except the drinking water as there was no water purifier unlike in other places i’ve stayed in Seoul to far. The bed was very comfy and the room is very spacey. Overall, I’d recommend this place.
Positive points: Location was super close to subway station and the host is very responsive.
Review: Location is very strategis and the room is clean
Positive points: best location I’ve stayed in seoul, very convenient to go pretty much everywhere walking, by public tr., pretty touristy neighbourhood yet still close to local schools and businesses so its lively..
Negative points: the room was perfect for solo travelling, might be ok four couples but not more.
Review: Location is near bus/train station. Lots of resto / convenience stores nearby. The room / place itself is very clean and relaxing.
Positive points: Very convenient location, the studio room was small but smartly decorated - so you have everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and pillows too.nnAlso, I loved that they were considerate about international travelers. Having adapters and a charging cable for phones in the room to use.nnWould recommend staying here for the ease of travel and facilities.
Negative points: I had difficulty operating the AC, but that could be me.
Positive points: - The hotel offers self check-in, which is a great feature—especially since our flight arrived around midnight. It’s very convenient not having to rely on staff at odd hours.rn- Very comfortable apartment.rn-Clean bathroom.rn- The kitchen had utensils, which made it easy to prepare quick meals.rn- There was a washing machine in the room—even though we didn’t use it, it’s a great feature to have.rn- Drying rack, ironing board, and other useful items were provided inside the room.rn- Decent view from the apartment.rn- Plenty of lighting options to set the mood or adjust to your needs.rn- There was an international power adaptor provided—very considerate for travelers!rn- Nicely spaced and laid out apartment.rn- Good quality toiletries and a powerful hair dryer.rn- We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out without needing help from staff—very efficient system.rn- AMAZING LOCATION – 10/10!
Negative points: Unfortunately, the host gave us the wrong passcode to enter our room.rnrnWe couldn't call the emergency number provided because we didn’t have a Korean phone number.rnrnLuckily, we had a friend in Korea who was awake and able to call the host for us. After that, the host gave us a key card through a machine on the 2nd floor.rnrnThe next day, the host apologized and confirmed that they had given us the wrong code. While I appreciate the apology, the situation was frustrating and stressful—especially after a long international flight.

Positive points: Didn't do the breakfast here. rnSize of the room perfect for 2 people.rnStorage closets and drawers very efficient. rnSupplies more than ample. rnBath shower we thought was least for us, small and water pressure just right.

Positive points: The location is excellent! Right in the center of Seoul. The room was spacious enough. The tv was great too.
Negative points: We asked if we can do an early checkin and after a lot of translating and trying to communicate the lady told us that our room will be ready in 10 minutes and we will have to pay for the early checkin! We didn’t mind paying since we are asking for an extra service. nnUnfortunately though, in order for them to have the room ready for an early checkin they didn’t clean it properly. The room was full of long hair in corners. Besides the bed the floor was disgusting. There were even lit up matches which would be hard to miss when you clean a room. nnIf you can’t have the room ready for an early checkin then say that you don’t provide it or that it would take more time. nnAlso the bed was soft for my liking, having problems with my lower back it wasn’t ideal.
Review: Great location
Positive points: The bed was comfortable, the location was great in walking distance to night street market and other food options in lots of small side streets and alleys. There were lots of young people in the elevator etc and I don't know if they were short or long-time residents. The office staff was helpful but not always present during office hours.
Negative points: The entry process was a little confusing as there are other residences in the same building. The directions were to go to 2nd floor (by elevator) but there was no sign there which way to go. There was no translation of the laundry machine settings (when I went for help office was closed early) although soap was provided which was really nice.
Review: Anytime stay here. Supermarket on the ground floor, coffee cafe on the 1st floor. Amazing stay, amazing facilities for early check-in/check-out, and luggage room.
Positive points: My only positive comment about the hotel is its location. It is very close to two different metro lines, and it is easy to reach popular places.
Negative points: The cleanliness of the rooms is unfortunately not good. There were a lot of hairs in the bed. There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room was broken, we requested a room change, I spoke to the reception, they said they had arranged a room for 2 days later and that I could move to that room. However, when I went there after 2 days, they told me that I could only move in after 11 o'clock, that there would be entry and exit procedures, so I had to take my luggage out of the current room, but I agreed on this in the morning of the same day and they informed me via message while I was going out and traveling. They also said that they could carry my luggage for me if I wanted, but that was not what we agreed on. Later, I said that I did not accept this, that I did not want the room to be entered and that I did not want anyone else to carry my luggage, but despite this, the room was entered, our towels were thrown on the floor, and the room was already being prepared for another customer. It is very difficult to get along with hotel staff, you talk and they say okay, they say they understand but after some time you get a message and they say different things as if you had not agreed before. In short, people who will stay here should take these into consideration. I have visited exactly 11 countries and I think I have stayed in over 100 hotels but I have never seen such a strange attitude and I have never been victimized this much.
