SEN Boutique Villa Apartment

Review: The staff of Sen Boutique Villa was kind and helpful when they informed of our room transfer to another property. Would like to stay here when i come to Da Nang again ☺️

Review: Nice place. Great price. There is a small indoor pool on the ground floor and the rooms are nice a big. Room includes a decent sized kitchen area and the utensils you'll need if you fancy cooking, or warming food. Place is clean and I'd stay here again had to move on as they couldn't extend my stay :(.

Only downside is there is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage you'll have to carry it up yourself. staircase is one of those spiral style ones. The place has a total of 6 units, 2 per floor, so if your on the 3rd floor (rooms 301 and 302) then...have fun :)

As a special note, the quality of the bedsheets was super, proper 5* hotel quality so shoutout to management for that one.

Review: The building is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and loads of restaurants, grocery stores, and scooter rental places are everywhere. There's even a TH Go bike rental station within a one minute walk.

The apartment I rented was spacious and clean with everything I needed! The bathroom has two different shower heads which I loved, and the balcony was very private. The cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful! I was on the top floor (4th) and there is no lift. That wasn't a problem for me, but something to be aware of if mobility is an issue.

Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Review: Unfortunately, the studio apartments are a bit outdated. Everything is no longer as beautiful as it appears in the photos. At least the walls should be repainted and some renovation work is necessary. The beautiful pool area, as shown in the photos, no longer exists. There are no more plants or seating area there. A few years ago everything was certainly very beautiful. But no more effort seems to be invested. Otherwise the rooms are kept very clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is also very good and there are enough restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

Review: I was very pleased with this stay when I first arrived which caused me to book to stay here a month. It is okay for the price but for me personally & what is good for me, I cannot recommend but based on my reasoning, it may be great still for
others. The pros are, it is not a busy hotel. There are only 6 or so rooms so it is peaceful, with two rooms on each floor. There is a free washer to use, the rooms are spacious & have nice flooring, there are large balcony’s which the balcony is the reason I stayed here because fresh air is key where I stay to be able to go outside, there is a smart tv, a full kitchen, freezer with the refrigerator, easy package delivery, the woman who works here is wonderful, & a 5 minute walk to the beach. For me though the cons outweigh as for me personally, they are frustrating things I never want to experience as my my peace is more valuable than anything. The last two nights I have experienced a huge cockroach, I got it out of my room with a broom then the next morning it was back, o am on the top story, I believe 6 floors up. It is quite during the day you just hear some car horns mostly, then at about 8pm until 1am it is extremely loud, unbearably loud. I go to sleep at 8pm. There are people shouting with no consideration of those in apartments. The restaurants I suppose & people on the street. Even with the kitchen fan on & music on the tv to muffle it does not help. Usually I have to wear earbuds in my ears then wake up in the night to take them off when it quiets, but that means it is disrupting my sleep still at a level. Kindly the woman who works here offered me to change rooms but I don’t feel that would solve the noise issue & over all I did not want to move around. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling which is very strong in smell. I have to keep the bathroom door closed to not breath it in. There are no tea/ coffee mugs. Yet there is a kettle. The only place I have ever stayed with or without a kitchen where there are no mugs

Review: Great location in a quiet street yet within easy walking distance to the An Thuong nightlife scene. Very capable and friendly staff . The room was spacious and comfortable with the added bonus if a kitchen. In all highly recommended

Positive points: We ended up staying for one month. The apartments are perfectly located close to all amenities, but still fairly quiet away from the main noise.
The bed is comfy and the room was clean.
We loved that we had a sofa and a smart TV so could watch Netflix etc and a table and chairs for eating or working from. The kitchen is small but functional and convenient.
As we stayed for longer, we could have cleaning/bed change 2x per week, the cleaner was super friendly and always did a fantastic job, we just had to give her a day's advance notice. The balcony was spacious and there was a washing machine free to use on the top floor, which was helpful.

Review: The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor. Even though there are no lifts, we loved having the top floor apartment. It had a great sized balcony with sun in the morning. The room was very spacious with a great seating area for both living and dinning. The location was only a short walk to the beach front but back enough to be quiet. The staff were so accomodating. We wished to pay by card instead of cash and when their eftpos machine wouldn’t work they let us check in and stay the night before coming back the next day with machine to sort it all out. Really went out of their way to assist us. Thank you for a great stay Sen Boutique.

Positive points: The location was excellent! Nearby coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, beach, shops, you name it! Even a 24 hour co-working space which was convenient for me and my partner when we wanted a change of scenery to do some work. The room was comfortable enough and we opted to stay on the 3rd floor which I would recommend 3rd or 4th if you don’t mind climbing the stairs to avoid the noise from the street below :)
