Review: I have booked one of the costliest room of the hotel hower jacuzzi was not working also multple plus were not working too. So please check the room before you check in. While being in hotel other rooms were looking good from outside. Staff was good. Location is not upto mark you can select other locations too.

Positive points: Everything was so good, nice room, friendly staff and good foods, the location is nice. Will come back when i have chance to visit again.

Positive points: Friendly staff. Recessed from the busy road, so rather quiet. The room in the advertisement looks very inviting, but most rooms don't have windows.

Positive points: First off the check in process is awful. Even though booking.com shows that no payment is needed till I arrive.
The hotel kept harassing me to leave a deposit to keep my reservation because I was arriving real late for my check in.
This was not in the terms and conditions on their check in page.
I tried booking room again.and they could not see I was a previous guest and once again asked for deposit to hold my room even though this time it was going to be a regular check in time. So I booked another hotel.
Overall the room was good and other staff were good. Just not the person in charge of bookings.

Review: Place is clean and new.
Except that the spa tub and hot water was not working. Had booked the big room with intention of usingbthebspa tub but too bad it's not working. Without hot water bathing was also an issue.
Overall experience is still positive as the room is big and spacious.
Location wise not so near town or place of interests. Nearby the streets alot of nice food.

Positive points: Good location, had lots of food options & many convenient stores around.
My favourite thing was that I could watch YouTube on the TV, there’s Netflix but I didn’t use that.
Note that there is no elevator, luckily I was only on the second floor.
Overall I liked my room, felt safe & liked that I wasn’t far from the airport.

Review: Nice hotel with a pleasant stay

Positive points: It was certainly a good value for money. It is a newer hotel and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was.

For the price point and star rating, it was nice.

Review: The Secret Garden Hotel is a small comfortable hotel in a changing district of HCM. It is handy to the airport & a reasonable distance to the attractions in District 1 & District 3. The hotel is positioning itself as a couples location with themed packages for a romantic stay. Rooms are large & comfortable with comfortable beds & courtyard/ garden outlook. A particular attraction was the large bath in the deluxe room. It is particularly well priced.

Positive points: Quite space suitable fpr people coming to rest or travel in Ho Chi Minh city. Professional service style, reasonable prices,... clean and beautiful rooms, doors with electronic locks are quite safe. The reception area has an area to receive guests when friends come to visit.
