SAO HOTEL

Review: I booked a room a few days ago and contacted to ask about early check-in, but no one responded. When I arrived, I was told that early check-in was not allowed and I had to pay by the hour until noon. In total, I spent over 1 million for a room, 550 for hourly rental from 6 AM to 12 PM, and 560 for the room on the app, which is really a loss.

Review: The room is airy and clean, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly, we will return when we come to Hanoi.

Review: The bathroom has a slight odor if the toilet lid is not closed, but everything else is okay.

Review: The hotel is clean and well-equipped. A small downside is that it is located in an alley, so cars are a bit hesitant to access it, and the soundproofing in the rooms is not very good.

Review: I think everything reasonable. They open 'check-out time' until 12. I was relieved arriving 11:20 p.m. But some rooms had very bad smoking smell, so that I need to change to other.

Review: Stayed here for 1 night to get out the of the craziness for a night before to set off on our bike trip was a chilled stay little smoking balcony in room and funny security guard would stay here again.
