Negative points: Little ants in room

Negative points: The stupid music playing at 0630am I'm a Sunday morning. It was absolutely blaring! We couldn't sleep through it and we were shattered from travelling the night before.

The room wasn't very clean. I'm positive someone was staying in the room just before we arrived. The pillow case was smelling on BO and there was a dirty towel and dirty tooth brush in the bathroom.

Negative points: Noisy from 630am (next to a school). Poor soundproofing. Bed/pillow comfort level is 2/10. Room has bad/moldy smell. Poor service (no greetings, no help with baggage). Also, bring your own bath tower if you care about hygene.

Negative points: Couldn’t use debit/credit card to check in. Cash or bank transfer only. The pool lounges didn’t have cushions on them (except one). So you were sitting on hard wood.

Negative points: Room was very unclean.

Negative points: No toilet paper or water, the room was filthy, no staff at checkin so we had to get our keys from the security guard who spoke no English, website says you can pay by card, but they refused to accept card at checkout so we had to walk 1km to an atm and we nearly missed our flight

Negative points: The smell of the room was unpleasant and it was not very clean or looked like the images on the website. No provided flip flops too. We booked for 2 nights but had to leave in the middle of the first night. I was hoping the management team would be able to refund partially for the second night but there was nothing. You could have handled it differently l.

Negative points: there was a bad smell near the swimming pool sometimes. and this place is rather far from park with kids playground - there no possibility to reach it without taking a taxi unfortunately

Negative points: Rely dirty and noisy place, so dirty and old that i not recommended to stay anyone.

Bad with old shits not even wash, i did not know have i stay there for 1 nights, it was to latte to change place.
