I booked the Deluxe room for 3 nights. - First night, I stayed in the Deluxe room, the room was not so clean, one part of the walls turning black because of water leaking. The blocker of the windows was also broken so I coudn’t close the window. And I coudn’t sleep all the night because of the big noise on the big street. 🫨.
Second day, I asked the receptionist help me to change the room. They changed the room with exactly the same problems. I asked again, they said that, they only have Standard room (lower price), Which is less noisy. We finally changed to the standard room for 2 nights. The standard room also had the same problems (the windows of the restroom couldn’t close, the walls molding), but less noisy because it is in the backside of the hotel.
When we checked out they charged the price of the Deluxe room for 3 nights, they told me because I booked with Booking.com so no matter what happened, I still have to pay same price. So funny experiences with this hotel 🤣. We will never comeback again.
Review: the room was very spacious and clean but was pretty noisy from outside traffic. The windows are not completely closed but fixed so wasn't able to close all the windows. AC is always trouble...not able to adjust temperature. Overall very spacious and nearby the airport so would recommend with a family group if staying while transiting.

Negative points: No windows (its like a cave), cleaning standards are unacceptable, we found a lot of hair on the floor and shower that is disgusting

The hotel was under construction and it was inconvenient . The waiting room AC did not work and made it feel unpleasant with a warm
smell.
Review: The location is exceptional. We was there for one night, very good for the money.
Positive points: Location was close to Ho Chi Minh airport which is useful for a stopover. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilitated a smooth check in.
Negative points:
The room was dated and dirty. There was a used tissue and ear bud cleaner found beside the bedside locker. There was also mould around the bathroom sink and bathroom window didn’t close properly so it was possible for small creatures to climb in.
Bed linen was clean but overall felt the cleaning staff let this hotel down badly as reception and security were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom smelled of mold and had mildew on the ceiling and walls. One member of staff ordered us a taxi to the airport and told us he will get us a good deal and then we found out it was 3 times the normal price.
The traffic was going all night and no one could sleep through it. It was a constant beeping and after 18h flight from London we were desperate to have a rest before another flight but got no respite.
