Review: Big roombutsoft bed nLousy breakfast nn
Positive points: Good location, cleaning.
Negative points: The staff are not friendly, does not smile during my stay, welcome checkin... díappointed.

Negative points: Bad soundproof, very uncomfortable scent in the lobby.nTerrible smell in the bathroom, my assumption is due to the drainage system.nBreakfast was not worth the price. Breakfast ends at 9:30. I arrived at 8:45 and there was little food left. They even ran out of coffee.nnNot my first time been to Tay Ninh so I can definitely say you can find better options at this price range. This hotel does not worth the price they charge.
Review: New and Nice hotel in Tay Ninh centre
Positive points: Ver nice breakfast and staff. I left the key on the table in the lobby and went out. Then the receptionist kept and gave it to me when I got back to the hotel. The lady in the dining room was also nice
Negative points: It’s located right in the traffic light, so it’s not so convenient to go to its parking lot sometimes
Review: New and Nice hotel in Tay Ninh centre
Negative points: we are 15 persons in group and booked under cancelable price (usd 10 higher) but hotel called and requested us to pay off immediately because hotel is fulled otherwise they will cancel our booking. This is very bad and disappointed . If we pay off in advance, they must charge cheaper non-refundable price.
Review: Good place but need more facilities.
Positive points: The room was clean and spacious while not expensive.
Negative points: Only one person could hardly speak English. She was helpful, but the other day another woman was there. I ordered a bus to Hi chi Minh with her help. She kept telling me “5 minutes, 5 minutes “ till the bus, but I had been sitting at the reception for 40 minutes in total.
Review: I accidentally booked on Agoda but didn't expect the hotel to be nice and spacious with a reasonable price. If I have the chance to visit TN, I will book this hotel👍
Negative points: No hot water in the bathroom, poor support with the arrival set-up (parking, luggage).nStaff attitude has a lot of work to do.nnMost importantly the attitude of fixing problem was really bad. They only consider to solve the problem when we got angry and called them repeatly saying that our 6 years old daughter needs to have a shower before going to bed (finally none of us can have a shower!!!!).
Review: Khách sạn ngay trung tâm nhưng thái độ nhân viên rất tệ, thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Không thông báo trước trả phòng từ 2-6pm hôm sau charge 50%, mà chỉ hỏi khách anh chị có trả phòng trễ không. Trả lúc 2.15pm thu thêm 50% :) thuê xe thì gặn hỏi khách lấy xe đi đâu, khi khách trả lời thì quay đít bỏ đi. Phòng gần 1tr nhưng cách âm cực kì kém, nhân viên đùa giỡn ngoài hành lang nghe rất to và làm ảnh hưởng tới khách.
