Positive points: Central to everything in HCM, and very clean and tidy.
Positive points: Great apartment right at the border between district 4 and district 1. It only takes about 15 minutes walking to get downtown and the area is surrounded by many food choices (both local and international). The apartment is very quiet, and it is perfect for one or two people. Good communication with the host and very easy to navigate the space.
Positive points: This apartment is brand new everything has been well done, and quality like washing machines are great. Largre room and bed was wonderful sleep in
Negative points: The lift also looks to be new and was not working.
