Review: had a pleasant stay here, the staffs are accommodating, the facilities are good and the hotel rooms are clean! highly recommend

Review: Older style, budget hotel, but it's clean and surrounded by lots of good food and coffee places

Negative points: we were meant to have a sea view instead had a view of within the lobby. I think the bed was made from concrete and it probably would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on a park bench. the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and had clumps of hair on the floor and what looked like mice poo on the Bath.

Positive points: Staff is very nice and helpful. Location quite good. 5 min to the beach, in front of the hotel mini market and you can also rent motobike at the reception desk for 150 000 dong
Negative points: Cleaning of the room should be improved. Our floor wasn't washed at all during all our stay. Also you get only one old towel per person. And bed sheets not fresh at all.

Review: Found a cockroach in the room, the worker killed it and yet they didn’t have any other rooms where I could be changed to. Staff wasn’t incredible but wasn’t mean either. The value for money is there but I simply wasn’t satisfied
Positive points: Nice clean room. Big windows. Across the street from a mini mart, next to a pharmacy, a couple blocks from the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. Could rent a scooter for 150VND per day from the hotel.
Negative points: Hotel hangs onto your passport until check out. We were also told we could take an airport shuttle when we booked but then told there wasn't one when we arrived. A staff member said they would get us a grab instead but then got us a taxi which was more expensive.
Review: I stayed over 2 month here. Through Agoda I got really a low price( average of 220k VND) what the manager did not want to offer me, even I stayed so long. I loved the room, as it was very nice. The staff was amazing and went out their way to support. The only downside is it us not a quiet place. Super often there is loud karaoke going on, there is a peeping ton constant going on from the machinery room that the manager didn't want to fix and I could hear it in my room 24/7. And whenever someone was at the room over me walking, it felt like somebody was jumping. No place to relax if you looking for that.
Positive points: Great location, and great value for money. Hotel was clean except we were on level 6 and it smelt like someone was smoking in their room which was coming through the vents. So we didn't use the central air conditioning and asked them for a fan. They also gave us a smell infuser to help with the smell. I liked that they also accept credit card payment.
Negative points: Just the slight stench in the bathroom, and smoke smell. But no complaints

Positive points: The room was spacious and comfortable. Someone came in and cleaned it everyday which was very nice! It’s just a short walk to the beach as well.
Negative points: We booked a king room with an ocean view, unfortunately the ocean view isn’t really an ocean view as it doesn’t face the water but if you look to the side you can see glimpses of it. If you don’t want seafood every night or really like street food there are not many restaurants options around this area
