Review: I have booked this hotel on Agoda and when I arrived they told me that there no rooms available. This is a small hotel where the people don’t speak a word of English. Hotel looks poorly maintained and staff looks unskilled and not sure what is going on.
Review: Good hotel, clean and near the center. Friendly and charming staff. Will come back if there's an opportunity.
Positive points: Breakfast was not provided.
Negative points: We asked for 2 twin beds as pictured but instead were provided with a king bed. So I asked for 2 separate blankets but was given a duvet cover. But that's ok.

Negative points: Toilet thỉnh thoảng xả hơi yếu. Phòng mình nghỉ hôm đó không có máy sấy. Tuy nhiên nhân viên đã hỗ trợ rất nhanh. 10/10

Phòng mình book có ban công thoáng mát, rất thích.
Cách trang trí đẹp và bắt mắt.
Negative points:
Vị trí gần sông ô nhiễm nên nước bốc khá khó chịu.
Vật dụng trong phòng phục vụ cho 1 người, mình nghĩ nên bổ sung thêm vì phòng dành cho 2 người.
Positive points: chỗ nghĩ sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, đồ dùng đều mới, chủ và lễ tân đều dễ thương và nhiệt tình
Positive points: Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, phòng dọn sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp. Mặc dù đêm mình có làm phiền nhân viên nhưng mà thái độ vẫn rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ. Giá cả cũng hợp lí và đáng tiền, có dịp mình sẽ vẫn quay lại khách sạn này.
