Positive points: Location was extremely nice if you are going to use cable car, see the Kiss of the sea show or visit the kiss bridge or enjoy the night clubs, it would be the right place to stay. nStaff was very responsive on the booking.com message. nLaundry service was so cheap and quick. Breakfast was good.
Negative points: We had a cancel request 3 days before because we did not do prepayment even though they said on booking.com description that the prepayment no need and actually it wasn’t. nAfter I replied that I want to keep my booking, they said ok we will keep it because you ordered airport pickup service. So I didn’t understand the true reason on cancel request. nActually it was a peak season so we could left without a hotel after arriving the island during the New year holidays if they cancel my booking without a proper reason. nBut thankfully I did not because luckily I was asked a pick up grab OMG.
Positive points: It was as described, but the attitude is very unfriendly. Moreover, they don’t give anything to drink for breakfast, only a few choices to eat from the menu (the cheapest options are the “free breakfast” options. You have to pay even for water too. Very cheap and unfriendly attitude.
Negative points: The manager wanted to cheat on me. He wanted to give me another room, without balcony and nice view, not what I booked. I had to fight for the room I booked. He refused it, so I told him to cancel the whole booking. Then finally I got the room I booked. Not the nicest welcome.
Positive points: Would definitely recommend! The owner is really nice and helps you with anything you need. He even helped us find a new hotel, when we wanted to extend but everything online was fully booked because of Luna new year already. Also the area is really nice.nWould definitely book again 😊
Positive points: We had the opportunity to check in early, which was a great start to our stay. The room was clean, and the WiFi connection was excellent. The hotel’s location is very convenient—everything in town was within walking distance, making it easy to explore.nnThe receptionist was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, adding to the overall great experience.nnOverall, our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sunset Town, Phu Quoc!
