Review: Booked this Hotel for the sole reason that it's near to the airport and I'm arriving early in the morning. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating to let me check in at 3am in the morning. Clean, serves its purpose.

Positive points: Staff were so helpful. I was having a nightmare with my bank card and the receptionist helped me talk to my grab driver and get me to a foreign atm.

Negative points: It’s not as close to town but perfect for hotel if flying the next day like I was

Positive points: The cost was ok and some free water in the room.

Negative points: It is a lower budget airport hotel and you get what you pay for with most accomodations.
The room was ok, the bathroom was very small and a bit tired looking, regular noise throughout the night, as you might expect at a hotel with people coming and going late into the night and early in the morning.
The real issue was the airport shuttle. As a solo female traveller, I am meticulous in organising my airport pick ups, especially when I arrive when its dark.
I relayed my arrival time and made contact concerning the pick up several times and asked how I would find the pick up, got no reply or information, so found myself at the arrivals concourse without any idea of how to find the shuttle that I had asked for.
It took some time and several messages and phone calls, after a very tiring day of travel, it really was not what I was hoping for.

Review: Unpleasant stay unfortunately staying for 4 nights, only due to the fact that I had prepared and did not have the luxery of being able to leave day one, moving to a better hotel, my finances forced me to tolerate a very unpleasant stay.

Review: A decent hotel! And value for money! If you are solo traveler, then this hotels gives you a room in the top most floor! And felt awkward for such a discrimination! Room had bad odor! So, felt like it was not used for a long time !
