Positive points: Location. Price. Services including rental car and airport transfer.

Negative points: Space a little bit small.

Negative points: The cleaning staff threw away some of our small personal items (toothbrushes and toothpaste)…nSound proofing is not good.

Positive points: Free airport pickup, and ride back to the airport. Nice staff. Good wifi, good location, decent breakfast. :).

Negative points: Please change the room tiles, now it is the same as the hall way and the rest of the hotel. We also missed a clothes cabinet. Kindly, request to provide that.

Review: Room was awesome and just nice for my mum in wheelchair. Location was awesome too! Walking distance to various attractions. Glad that i booked with rainbow hotel as this is walking distance back from the fire festival location.

Review: Convenient location. Good value with airport pickup/dropoff and breakfast. Would not recommend buying tours directly through the hotel.

Review: Location is awesome to catch the fireworks festival. Walking distance to magong city and guanyin ting. Would recommend and personally would stay here if returning to penghu.
