Review: In short, I hope the Owner can see and address the issues to improve the location:n- Allowing guests to check in too late, we arrived at 12:30 and a small female staff member told us to wait until 2:00 for check-in. We waited over 2 hours and still hadn’t received our room, and only after asking persistently were we allowed to check in. By the time we got to the room, we were tired, and the room wasn’t cleaned yet. We had to wait another 3 hours to finally get a room to rest in. (The bed still had sand on it.)n- The reason I am still giving a 4-star rating is because the male staff at reception was enthusiastic in facilitating our check-in despite the room not being ready, and the electric staff was also very friendly. The food was more diverse compared to other resorts nearby.n- I still want to return here because during my last stay, I checked out early and didn’t let my wife enjoy the pool much, and she was disappointed. But I hope the resort will improve and not lose its advantages such as being newly built, having a beautiful view, and offering various room types compared to other resorts around Bai Xep.

Review: The newly opened resort has old, deteriorating furnishings, creating a sense of uncleanliness and lack of professionalism. Upon checking into the room, the floor and bathroom were still dirty, and the shower floor was particularly slick with water — very unsanitary. The shower water flow was extremely weak and very annoying. Although the room advertised a direct ocean view, it was actually partially blocked by trees.nnThe resort's private beach has no lifeguards. The only positive point is the beautiful swimming pool, but it's not enough to salvage the experience.nnOverall, the service and facilities do not meet 4-star standards. There is no intention of returning.

Review: The room was dirty and old, the floor and bathroom were very dirty and not cleaned properly. The curtains were broken, the mirror was misaligned, and the walls were patched haphazardly. Although this resort has just opened, the furniture in the room looked like it had been used for many years, creating a very unclean and uncomfortable feeling. The water in the bathroom ran weakly, the air conditioning did not cool, and the hot water heater was broken, preventing the whole family from taking hot showers, especially with the baby. After returning from swimming, the family had to endure the lack of hot water for bathing, and when sleeping it was very hot, the baby was drenched in sweat.nnI had to change rooms twice, and even though I accepted to switch to a lower room category, the resort did not refund the money, even though this was clearly their fault.nnIn addition, in the evening, there was only one staff member at the reception I called more than 10 times but no one answered, which was very unprofessional.nnI cannot understand how this resort could achieve a 4-star rating when the service quality and facilities are so poor. The service does not meet standards and is not worth the money spent.

Review: A seaside resort is very chill, far from the city so it's very quiet. The private beach is clean, with rocky outcrops, making it very natural. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, my family eats simply so we found it quite satisfactory. Whether the food is good or not depends on personal taste.
