Review: Amenities are clean. nnDriving is a bit inconvenient, and the overnight parking fee is too high.
Positive points: The apartment size was excellent and the price was excellent
Negative points: The whole area, including this hotel is under construction so a little noisy, it will be amazing in the future though. There were quite a few ‘insects’ and the pool area was very ordinary, unusable really due to construction work around.
Review: Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Clean and comfortable room. If I get the chance, I will definitely book here again.

Negative points: Parking is tricky. If you are lucky you could find a spot in the street if not parking in the basement is not for average driver.

Negative points: The property is not ass advertised, no gym no pool no spa no hot tub no luggage storage. This was lacking it was advertised and not available without good explanation, half of the building is not finished from the lobby to the door on our room the construction was visibly there
Review: It's okay but a bit crowded, the room has 2 large beds so it can accommodate more than 4 people, it's just that there is only 1 toilet so if there are many people, you have to wait a long time.
Positive points: Close to the beach
Negative points: We are group of 5 people but there was only one elevator card. We got to get up & down to get our friends.
Review: The apartment is near the center, making it convenient for commuting. The interior is fully equipped. However, if anyone rides a motorcycle, it will be inconvenient for parking each time you enter or exit, it costs about 5,000 VND. After 9 PM, it's 9,000 VND, and if you stay overnight, it's 15,000 VND.
Positive points: The apartment was very roomie and clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to the beach and plenty of food and coffee shops nearby. The host was great and accommodating.
Negative points: The tub is very high making it difficult to step out of. I saw a few cockroaches.

Positive points: Comfortable beds. AC and hot water work great. Washer available inside the unit.
Negative points: Stained linen/extra blankets in closet. Old stained furniture. Pool under construction and not available for use. Kitchen could use some basic cooking tools. Pots and pans are available but no cooking utensils. Pictures do not match the property.
