Review: The hotel is near from the Temple of Literature and Fine Arts Museum. Staffs are helpful and the price is reasonable.

Positive points: My room was perfect, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Buffet breakfast offered vast selection from different countries.

Negative points: Feather pillows have no place anymore and are quite annoying. In saying that, there was a pillow menu which is great. The pool was nice.

Positive points: Room was decent got to chk in early on request

Negative points: Far from market , staff were impolite ,not much amenities in room , No much choices on food repeated menu and some leftover from a day before was being served next day at breakfast, room was old , housekeeping staff didn’t have even clean room properly , wen i asked for water bottle staff denied saying we only give 4 water bottles per day . water bottle was just only 390 ml .. we were traveling with kid, the blanket given from them for baby was old like hell and smelly .hygiene was a very big issue even slippers given by them was pre used ..

Review: is a 5 stars hotel and it quite a nice hotel. the location is not convenience to travel to most of the famous place. like going to OLD Quarter which it is a tourist spot where you can enjoy some nightspot and nice food.

Positive points: Super comfy bed and pillows. Hotel was quiet and peaceful so not much disturbance despite being close to a busy intersection. Staff were friendly and helpful all spoke a good level of English. Pool was a nice way to cool off after a day trawling the streets of Hanoi in the humidity!

Negative points: Paid extra per night for an additional child’s bed. The condition of the bed was worn and mattress was very uncomfortable. Hotel should consider replacing the beds.

Positive points: The Hotel and its facilities were great.

Negative points: The location was quite bad. Construction was going on outside. The hotel seems to be located on a very busy street mainly dealing with industrial goods.
