Prasana Villas by Arjani Resort

Review: We had a very good stay. Beautiful place. Very good stay. Close to all the attraction. Savaya, Sundays, GWK are all pretty close by. Staff is amazing and the views are breathtaking. Home away from home. Thanks to Tini for taking care of us at Prasana by Arjani!

Positive points: A beautiful property, the suite was absolutely amazing and spacious. The spa was great, the restaurant was very nice. The staff was wonderful.

Review: Good not great. Staff service exceptional. Villa is far from the main road and way deep in. the hotel menu is pricy, However u can order gojek but some riders might cancel especially at night. Villa is a lil outdated and might have one or two geckos roaming around but they don't disturb the peace. nI think it's good for couples as it's very private and quiet. n

Positive points: This villa is THE BEST STAY i have ever had anywhere. I have never been so well taken care of. Kadek made sure that my meals were always delicious (still dreaming of the chocolate dessert) and kudos to the concierge team made sure my stay was always exciting. I will never forget the sunset boat ride with champagne. It was beautiful! I'm coming back to Prasana again!

Review: What a stay, it was truly a blessing to have been able to stay here. We appreciate the entire team and want to extend our thanks to them. Some little things have to be changed on the patio, but would take longer than our stay, so the staff fixed it good enough for us to enjoy it. We will definitely come back!

Positive points: The best pool villa we stayed in Bali. The staff were fantastic ensuring we were happy, they went above and beyond. My partner organised a birthday surprise for me in the room when I arrived and it was we perfect. The breakfast was also the best breakfast I had in Bali! The location may deter some but the free shuttle service ensured we could get to wherever we needed to be. They also offer scooters for hire at the hotel. We used the spa whilst we were there and it was amazing! I would recommend this property to anyone.

Review: The road here is quite the challenge, but once here you will be greeted warmly by the staff and their facilities are not bad. The area is quiet and the place is quite clean. Overall really satisfied 😊

Review: We stayed here for 3 days and the morning of checking out we opened the tv for the 1st time. It was spoiled. When checked out we were charged fully whole tv for a spoiled one that we did not even use. nnThe staff gave me an invoice of an upper model UHD 4K from LG at 400 USD or 6.5 mil IDR. I checked the model again in the room it was a LED model bought since 2022 only in 3.9 mil IDR.nnThey made us sign the contract at the lobby when we checked in, gave us the key and did not walk us through any condition of the room so we did not aware if it was spoiled before. They reassured us they checked it everyday during our stay but failed to present a report of their staff checking the amenities with signature.nnThe staff was joking in their language the whole time dealing with us. n
