Review: My family had a great trip in this hotel. At a reasonable price, we didn't ask for high quality of the facilities in the room. We are satisfied with the clean room, bathtub & swimming pool in hotel. I appreciate your staff's hospitality (including Mr. Mark - Receptionist. He always smile with us and very gentle the Housekeeping lady - I forgot her name but I saw she came to clean my room everyday also thank for Engineer team who helped us a lot during the stay). The hotel is close by the Lumpinee MRT station, 7 eleven, pharmacy, Otteri wash̃̃&dry. This great location helped us to have the smooth stay in Bangkok.
Some constructive feedback as below:
- I hope your hotel can have the renovation of facilities (phone, television, air conditioner, minibar...) in the future for the better experience.
- The lady at Front Desk with glasses can not speak English and always perform the unhappy face to guest. She sometimes hang up my phone that made me feel unacceptable.

Review: The people going with us experience broken part in the bathroom and water is super cold in my room, even I turn it hot. Over all very great staff Mark the Philippine front desk and their colleagues very great I definitely come back for them.

Review: It was a remarkable trip for me and my girlfriend. The staff here were all helpful and friendly. We stayed nearby Lumphini MRT and it was convenient to go anywhere in the city (we went by MRT most of the time). Absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Review: The first night of checking in, the room was not clean, the old bed and mattress were very painful to the back, the blankets and pillows had an unpleasant smell and were dirty. You have to notify the next morning to have it completely replaced. Otherwise, everything is fine, the receptionist is happy and friendly. Convenient location to travel to central locations.
