Positive points: Fine hotel for affordable price. Everything was as it should be. Bunch of restaurants nearby and short distance to public beach and Marble Mountain is an advantage for sure.
Negative points: Very dirty, lots of cockroaches

Positive points: Great location, lovely staff, big room, great shower and toilet.
Negative points: Only problems were the remote didn’t work for the tv and some signal wasn’t good, and the Wi-Fi was broken for 3 days during our stay but they are in the process of fixing.

Private Beach is on walkable distance.
People who like walking, for them Marbel mountain is on walkable distance (1.5 km).
Negative points:
Location is very isolated, near by no good restaurants for dining.
No happening views or spots near by.
Main city is also bit far and no bus service, have to use taxi
No complementary drinking water provided.
Review: The room was clean. It was not so far from the airport. My Khe Beach was very close to this hotel. I would love to go back again. Staff were welcoming and supportive. Very affordable price!
Positive points: They did a upgrade on the room for a more spacious one
Negative points: Terrible cleaning, broken windows, a lamp falling from the ceiling a/c not working , i understand you get what you pay for. But thats commodities wise. There's no excuse for a dirty smelly room. Would never go back or recommend to anyone. You can get much better for the same price or lower.
Review: Khách sạn phòng sạch sẽ, trang bị nội thất đẹp. Tụi mình tới sớm hơn 12h vẫn được check in vào phòng. Chủ khách sạn giúp mình giữ hành lý. Đáng tiền ạ.

At 10 euros per night, I am very satisfied.
Room was clean with AC, wall-mounted fan, mini fridge, own toilet & shower.
While location is 20 minutes ride from Da Nang center, it has some restaurants and a market nearby, plus only 5 min walk to the public beach.
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Laundry 25k VND per kilo.
Great budget option.
