Review: Day receptionist very good and nice, but the guy at night didn't let the massage people outside come to do massage to their customer . Because inside the hotel already has a massage spa ( contract?) and guest has to use their massage services. Instead of outside service

I recently stayed at Pansy Beach Dana, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Pros:
1. The hotel is conveniently located near My Khe Beach and other local attractions.

Cons:
1. The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt and dust.
2. The staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it challenging to address any issues.
3. There was only one staff working, leading to long wait times for assistance.

Review: My room had no windows, it smelt like mold all around the room, the furniture was really old, bedsheets were not clean at all, and I didn't had hot water. This pretty much explains the price of the place, but IT DEFINETLY ISNT WHAT YOU BOOK. The pictures posted on agoda and booking are way different than what you get on the location

Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was not clean, and I found a hole in the bed sheet. Additionally, the room did not match the description provided online. To make matters worse, there was only one staff member working, which made it difficult to get any assistance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
