Oceanami Resort 1,2,3,4,5 Bedroom Long Hai

Review: So với năm ngoái, cơ sở vật chất xuống cấp rất nhiều. Tường ẩm mốc, phòng có mùi, 2 toilet đều bốc mùi. Lễ tân thái độ cũng khá tệ. Hồ bơi thì cho Clo nồng nặc, chỉ cần ngồi cạnh hồ 1 lúc là cũng sặc. Các vòi nước rửa chân cũng hỏng. Phòng còn ko có dao cạo râu, máy sấy tóc, nước uống welcome cũng ko có. Resort có khu bán kem, mì gói, nước...nhưng tối là đóng cửa ko bán. Các thiết bị trong phòng đều xuống cấp tệ hại. Tôi sẽ không quay lại Resort này lần nữa!

A bad experience when coming to Phuoc Hai.

Review: I booked a 3-bedroom villa but it's really disappointing for a green area, as the rooms are in poor condition. I understand it's run by investors who bought it, but the experience was terrible. The room had old equipment, poor lighting, and basic kitchen utensils. The worst experience was that the bedroom had a sewer smell and the toilet was uninhabitable for sleeping. We rented 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 children but had to sleep on the sofa. I called to give feedback to the staff and the manager, but nothing was resolved. It was a nightmare of a night for a vacation. People should communicate beforehand to avoid rooms 10161, 10162, 10163 in the Buracay area. Additionally, the beach is quite far away and they force everyone to gather near the pool area citing the lack of lifeguards. So, if the resort's private beach is only short near the pool, they should close off the path to the beach.

Review: My family has 8 adults and 4 children. nIn the area, there is a children's playground and a beautiful pool for both adults and children the beach area is also clean. nThe place we stayed has a kitchen and a cool garden, fully equipped with cooking utensils and spices. nIn the morning, you can jog along the road by the beach, which is very relaxing. nAround the area, there is Phước Hải fishing village (about 5km), with restaurants and cafes that are very convenient. nOrdering food on the Vill app is also quick. nIf the family goes on vacation, it's very suitable I will return when I have the chance.
