Ocean Haven Hotel

Review: The room was large and had a bathtub, which was wonderful. We arrived the last day after Tet and had to wait till 2:30pm to check in. The pool is only open at odd hours of the day like a few hours in the morning and a few hours at night.... not during the hot times of the day.

Positive points: Location

Review: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. However, the Wi-Fi in our room was very slow, limiting our ability to browse the internet as much as we wanted.

Positive points: I liked the size of the hotel not too tall we could see the sea from our window fairly modern comfy beds nice fresh smelling linen

Review: The hotel is located on a quiet street at night, but is within a block away from the excitement of the beer street. So you get the quietness if you want to sleep, but can get to party just a block away.

You can also walk to most attractions and let you take baby steps of crossing traffic, before getting out on the larger streets.

Only negative is that my room’s window opens out to the hallway. The elevator is located one flight of stairs, so if you have luggage, you need to drag it up a floor.

Positive points: The best part of trip was to spend stolen money, that I took from my wife and kids. I left them alone abroad without money and place to live, but I just don't care and living my best life spending my wife's money. So will be glad to come here again and again. Best place for criminals! Please, keep your doors open for me - I still have a lot to spend!!!

Review: Their all thing is best. Just some smoking room is required for smoker. It is difficult to go outside for smoke.

Positive points: Very close to My Khe beach.

Positive points: The room was very clean, and it is cleaned every day. Staff was willing to help, the manager even went with me to a nearby farmacy to help with translation. Good location, 3 minutes walk to the beach.

Review: We wanted to stay longer but they are fully booked. Very sad but they found us a hotel down the street that was a good value too. The service was great. Staff was very helpful. We would come back. Thanks

Review: Great service, has a free underground parking being watched.
The facilities are very clean and the room was being cleaned everyday as well.
They have a laundry service if needed and a water dispenser at the reception.
The view was great and the hotel is close to most shops and restaurants, easy to circulate around.

Review: No breakfast they say there will be in the future no swimming that’s working they say mane in a few weeks but apart from that it’s a lovely hotel nice staff

Review: We loved staying here, great staff, really comfy beds, tv, super clean, not much to fault really. Location pretty good. And for the price this place is an absolute steal. Super recommend.

Just a one thing that could easily be improved is to have a sign to display on the outside of the room to say if you want cleaning or not. Everyday around 9 - 9:30 am we got a knock to say if we want cleaning. We were still catching up on sleep due to sleeper buses so hadn’t woken up yet. But we really appreciated that if we wanted our room cleaned they would do it everyday :)

One other thing to note is there is a temple that likes to make a noise at 5am, it’s subtle but can wake you up.

Positive points: Nice location to beach and a lot of restaurants. Staff always available and great service.

Water a little slow to heat up but excellent room condition. I will stay again.

Review: ok for the price

Positive points: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. It truly felt complete—everything you could possibly need was right there. The facilities were spotless, and the housekeeping team ensured the room was cleaned every single day. I genuinely don’t understand the negative comments some people have left, as my experience was nothing short of perfect.

What really stood out to me was how the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful—qualities that seem to reflect not just the hotel’s staff but the general warmth of Vietnamese people.

A special shoutout to Yen, a young lady who was especially attentive and kind.

This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I’m already planning my return. The people, the culture, and this hotel have all left an excellent first impression on me. If I find myself back in the area, I will undoubtedly stay here again. Highly recommended!
