Negative points: The hotel needs renovation,the bathroom was flooded when i took a shower,also i think the resort is a little understaff coz it takes a long time of the food and drinks to come out
Review: Although it is old hotels but the ambience feels relaxing.nGood facilities for children.nBreakfast place is very nice and menu could be improved.nAlso, if I may suggest to replace the old stone-flooring in the room with ceramic tiles and also to provide separate shower area (not just the bathtub) which would be more convenient for elderly guests.
Positive points: Great spot away from the city (lots of trees, fresh air), with heaps of activities for the kids.
Negative points: Traffic to get back to Jakarta was 9hrs! Cold main pool and not maintained to be clean. Room assignment was at GF so lesser privacy (other guests would wander to the back of our room/garden or peek in) - offered a room change but can't be bothered moving anymore.
Review: Water pressure in the bathroom was not that strong, but for you who want to take a dip in your bathtub the water should be good enough.
Positive points: everything is good, clean and complete facilities
Negative points: I didn't order a breakfast package, but at night I ate at the Soesana restaurant. The restaurant was comfortable and had a nice view, but the taste of the food was very disappointing. The rendang was salty and the oxtail soup had no taste, it was just salty. The fried rice was wet, not dry enough and smokey. If you look at the taste of the food and the price of the food offered, this food is very expensive. Even though the presentation is good.
Review: We loved staying here! It's beautiful, not too far from Tmn Safari, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The only drawback is, like most places in Indonesia, it didn't have disability accommodation. My husband uses a wheelchair, and it was a challenge for us to get from one place to another.
Positive points: Clean and homy
Review: Selalu suka nginep di Novus Giri puncak. Selain fasilitas yang sangat lengkap buat anak anak, hotelnya juga baru di renov jadi indoor playground nya nyaman sekali buat anak bermain. Dilengkapi dengan kolam air hangat dan ada games berhadiah nya juga. Lokasi dekat dengan berbagai macam restaurant jadi gampang cari makan. Pokoke the best!!
