Review: reached at 3pm and staff didnt let me check in due to previous customer was a member and they are having late check out privileges. ended up check in around 4pm when it was supposed to be 2pm. staff didn’t do anything about it. run water on the bath tub and the water is yellow. staff casually said they just changed the water tank and the dirt is coming out from our room toilet pipe. run the water for 2 hours, still yellow. toilet bowl is not clean and have alot of ants. during my few hours stay, the receptionist ignored all my feedback and being rude.

Review: Understand from local people that the hotel is popular for rich people. I reviewing this hotel comparing with hotel at Jakarta. nn+ The bed is ok. Comfortable and clean. There was a sofa bed as well. n+ The toilet was separated from the shower. n+ TV channels quite variousn+ Breakfast was ok. Sometime according to my appetite, someone notnn- the swimming pool not exclusive for hotel guest. When I was there, there were a lot of children from outside hotel for swimming lesson. Not comfortable at all. It's become worse due to small swimming pool size. n- water pressure not really goodn- hot water can't be adjustedn- the window curtain had dust. Because of you have dust allergic.

Negative points: During my Jun visit I need to argue hard just to get on time check in at 2pmnnOn my next visit, Aug 1st, I got rook 701 near ballroom that was noisy until 12 midnight. Since the elevator was switch off all guests from ballroom passing by the corridor in front of my room while talking noisily. I called 1am asking to have securiry to guard the corridor but none coming and still noisy until 2am.nnDay later I rent 3 rooms and none was ready at check in time until I argued with duty manager to vet the key only at 3pm.nnMy5th day was equally awful as one of room 1205 was broken SDB, door and phone. The worse thinf is that one of officer from pantry refuse to help me contacting with the office and he said that this is not his part.nnYou can judge from my experience.
Review: clean, cozy and strategic location. Breakfast need to improve.
Positive points: location is great - right next door to Mal Ciputra so very convenient for the supermarket, restaurants, cafes and even cinema. good for a short stay in PKU but gets very busy esp over weekends.
Negative points: check-in could have been more efficient. preferred to have bottled water instead of water being topped up in a glass flask. that feels like hotel is trying to scrimp and save on what used to be standard amenities before covid.
Review: Clean room with helpful staff. So nice of them to allow early check in as my flight arrived around 11am and they have nice breakfast spread too
