Ngoc Lam Can Tho Hotel

Review: Affordable and convenient for partying and having fun.

Positive points: Khách sạn trông khá khang trang và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên lễ tân lịch sự và thân thiện, có hỗ trợ check-in tối khi mình đến Cần Thơ. Nhân viên dọn phòng cũng khá kỹ càng, mỗi ngày đều dọn phòng sạch đẹp. Vị trí địa lý của phòng thuận lợi, ngay trục đường chính 3/2 nên rất thuận tiện đi đến các địa điểm khác ở TP. Cần Thơ. Nhìn chung trải nghiệm xứng đáng với giá tiền, mình cũng không thể đòi hỏi hơn ở 1 khách sạn 2 sao vị trí trung tâm thành phố hơn nữa.

Review: The location is not flooded during high tide at alert level 3. Parking for cars is available at the gas station. The room is spacious and cool. The staff is friendly. It is reasonable for business trips.

Review: Horrible experience from the moment I arrived. The lady at the front desk ignored me. Finally after she finished talking to her friend, she rudely shouted No English!. Finally I got my room key after a telephone conversation with another staff member who confirmed my booking. I then found out that they cancelled my Agoda booking and said I needed to pay in cash (presumably so they don't have to pay tax). nnThe room itself was ok, but the walls were paper thin, which made it impossible to sleep. There were louds groups of Vietnamese tourists shouting in the hallway when they arrived back at their rooms. At around 12am I was woken by loud techno music in the room opposite me. A group of late teens had rented the room for a birthday party. At around 2am, after complaints from other guests the music was turned off. At around 4:30am, loud groups of people congregated in the hallway, getting ready for their early morning trip to visit the floating market. Overall, a shocking experience!

Review: This hotel is quite new, so it looks clean. However there was always some noise from the kids outside during my stay. nThe location is a little bit far from Can Tho center but it's still ok for 2 dollars taxi fare.nI will come back Ngoc Lam if I come to Can Tho again.
