Review: The hotel is new and beautiful, conveniently located with many restaurants nearby and easy to get around, and the breakfast is delicious. nHowever, the service is quite poor: n1. When the staff saw a guest arriving by car, they did not help with the luggage but just stood there staring, only asking if help was needed after the guest had put down all their luggage. n2. There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel, but when asking the staff for recommendations, they said they didn’t know anything. n3. The hotel does not have anyone to open the door, which does not justify a 4-star rating. nnStaff training is necessary because you seem to not care about how guests feel or whether they will return. The work is not enthusiastic and lacks professionalism. If this attitude continues, you will lose customers.
