Negative points: 1. No 24/7 reception. Reception operates exclusively from 10:00 to 20:00 Mon-Sat. You will see no one on Sunday and wouldn't even be able to use lobby floor.rn2. Room is tiny. Room service is on request only but not more often than once in 3 days.rn3. AC and Light are away from the bad. AC has two options: On and Off.rn4. The hotel is uphill, so if you are coming in tired - too bad.rn5. No Room keys/hotel keys. To get in when reception is dark you need to remember a code for the entrance on the door (I just took picture)rn6. Shower is unstable. The shower room is tiny and the shower keeps changing temperature and strength of the water flow on its own. It can get icy cold or steaming hot any moment.rn7. No breakfast or even paid breakfast option. Just walk downhill to GS24 store. rn8. Outlet to connect phone charger is hidden under the pillow.

Negative points: To start, it says the location is great but you’ll have to lug up all your suitcases and bags up an extremely steep hill for 10 minutes to reach this hotel (the same climb you’ll have to do everyday which, after a full day of exploring Seoul, the climb was the last thing we wanted to do).nnThe labelling on the post is also inaccurate as they do not actually have streaming services on their TV. Only cable TV of local Korean channels.nnThey are extremely inflexible about check in and check out times as the front desk only operates at limited hours of the day (not to mention they are closed Sunday). Afterwards, they are completely unreachable with no staff working so you cannot get any support. The front desk is on the 1st floor and when they are closed the elevator doesn’t even allow you to access that floor anymore, you have to enter and exit the building through a side entrance around the back that takes you to the 2nd floor. If you need to check out early for a flight or train, simply not possible because the front desk doesn’t open till 10am. If your flight is delayed beyond 8pm, you are on your own. Not to mention that they will not tell you and randomly close on holidays. We stored our luggage with them and the lady at the front agreed for us to pick them up on a Monday morning. When we arrived they were closed due to a Korean holiday (don’t most people travel on holidays?), the front desk were unwilling to reply to any of our or the Booking.com support team’s request for assistance. Even when we told them we had a flight Tuesday morning at 7am they refused to help us. The lady on the phone even screamed at us then hung up on us when we called and requested for them to ship our luggages to us at a convenient time for them.

Negative points: No late check in.

Negative points: It was really uncomfortable that we couldn't leave the luggage at the hotel after check out because it was a public holiday and nobody was there. Also really annoying that the check in time must be done before 8PM even if this is completely useless. The check in process is unnecessarily complicated with that lady from reception telling you how to turn on the light and where to find the towels in the room (even if this is absolutely obvious). The entry is keyless with a code so check in could be done so easily without human interaction at any hour. The hotel is located on a 'hill' but is not as bad as everyone else says in the comments if you're in decent physical condition

Negative points: Small bathroom - everything wet. Smell in the common areas. Be ready to walk uphill to reach the hotel.

Negative points: If you’re looking for comfort and scenic views, this might not be the place for you. It’s great value for the price, but be prepared to compromise a bit on luxury.
