Review: We are business people taking tours in the Westside of the country exploring business opportunities. After a long drive, we chose Muong Thanh hotel series because one of us had stayed in the chain. However, we were greeted with a receptionist with the attitude which was a turn off. She wore a name batch Nhu. We will have to reconsider our choice of hotel not to favor Muong Thanh over other hotel chains in other cities.
Positive points: Facilities
Negative points: Air conditioner at the loby did not operate. Checking out time was too long.

Review: This is a 5-star hotel but it is a bit worn out. The room is spacious but it’s furnished with cheap spring mattress. The shower window had a lot of water spots like it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile. The bathroom didn’t have enough lighting. Housekeeping told us that they didn’t have the replacement light bulb 💡. Breakfast is average compared to other 3-star hotels in VN. The hotel is not within walking distance to city center.

Review: This Hotel is in the country side, not too many tourists would go here as there isn't much around. we were visiting family and decided to stay here. There is a little shopping mall across the street with great coffee. at night there are some amazing food stalls. Hotel Staff English is very limited, had a slight accident outside with my partner and needed some help as I don't speak the language it was a bit hard to get help even when pointing outside and said help, front desk did not help but another staff member that was near the door came out and got my partner. he was lovely !

Review: It is inexpensive for a five-star hotel, but the experience feels more like a three-star hotel. The toilet bowl was dirty, and the breakfast options were heavy on carbohydrates. Additionally, due to construction at the nearby roundabout, we couldn't enter the hotel directly and had to take a detour to the back entrance. However, there were no clear instructions at the gate.
Review: Very good for money. The breakfast at this location have less choices compare to other MT location.
Review: Good location at CaMau city center and good infrastructure, staff is nice. However, the hotel has no extra beds for children and no many foods for breakfast at 5 star level, late refill. The swimming pool toilet is very dirty.
