Positive points: I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. Ms. Thu Trang, in particular, made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and truly caring about my comfort. The hotel itself is perfectly located, close to everything you might need—shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location!

Review: It feels more like a 3 stars hotel with a 4 stars hotel pricing. Not worth your money and a lot of amenities are not there or up to date.

Review: Lack of liquid soap or hand soap in the room, while I am used to washing my hands often. Breakfast was lacking when I ate at 8:30 AM. The food is normal but sufficient. There is little fruit juice but a lot of tea. The room is spacious, clean, and airy. The staff is polite and enthusiastic. Mường Thanh is located in many provinces, so overall, this is very acceptable. What I like the most is the spacious and clean room.

Positive points: The staff was exceptionally well trained, and friendly. They were able to provide me help with arranging the hotel shuttle and taxi service without any problems.

Review: Ok but old hotel. Buffet is not very good for a 4 star hotel. One of the staff has bad attitude, he didn't want to help with the luggages even when asked during check in and check out

Positive points: Breakfast ok for easterners. Pool looked ok but open at strange time.

Review: Very good central location with easy access to transport, shopping and business. Good nigh sleep. Friendly staff and well maintained clean facilities. Pleasant stay and good value for money.

Review: The hotel is fully equipped and located in a quite convenient position for me to visit relatives, although it is not in the center. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. However, most guests are from Korea and China, so it is quite noisy and crowded in the dining area. The breakfast needs improvement I had the same breakfast for two days, with few dishes and no variety.

Review: When we arrive hotel staff say we no reservation with hotel, even i show the booking slip from agoda. After waiting for several time another staff have help us solve this issue by upgrade our room type.
