Positive points: It's a nice place. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Will come back in the future if we have the chance visiting Bac Giang again. Highly recommended to those who need short stay in Bac Giang.
Negative points: Nothing
Review: The building and room are dated and I have a room with a big visible cracked line at the window. No giving me any danger but just unsightly. Nevertheless, this hotel location is ideal as it is 5+min walk to the main street with restaurants and eateries easily available. The breakfast is decent. It is certainly value for $ with the right expectation.
Positive points: Great location and extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Negative points: I don’t understand why the pool was closed for the season during my October visit. The workout room was too hot
Review: Room is old and in need of refurbishment. Location is conveniently located with many food selection within walking distance. If coming from airport, will be good to arrange for airport transfer instead of Grab.
Review: Our group came for 14 people and we only stayed for one night but we love the hotel and its atmosphere there. Love the staff and the facilities and the breakfast is great!
