Review: Just too far away, No services close by. Is great value if you have a motorbike.

Positive points: Nice clean room, quiet location. Good value for the price.
Was charged for two water bottles (4 are provided,2 are free and 2 are not. I used all of them). It is stated in the book that I didn't read, but I suggest to make it clear at check-in what is included and what is not.
Otherwise I had a great stay, thank you.

Staff friendly, room clean. I choosen this hotel because near from Bana Hills, and i went to Bana Hills use Grab car.

Review: We arrived at the hotel at night, hungry and tired, I was expecting that the staff would entertain us nicely because most of the reviews in this hotel were telling that the staffs are good. Sadly, we were investigated like we’re in the immigration office, questioning our visa, to think that we were out from the airport and arrived in their hotel without any problem. They gave us the key of our room rudely and not even apologizing for what they did to us.

As for the room, it is newly renovated but it wasn’t clean. I even saw a bed bug. Even our sink was clogging both in the shower room and in the lavatory. The drinking water bottle is not free, we paid for it when we checked out.

Overall, our stay in their hotel was terrible. My old mom was traumatized and not comfortable during the stay.

Positive points: The staff were very helpful and it was in a good location after the hai van pass.
