Positive points: Spacios room, big bed.

Review: The room is a larger updated amd clean room. Pretty good value for the price. Location is along the Main Street in front of the Han River. Several seafood restaurants close by.

Positive points: The staff were very enthusiastic and supportive, even though we checked in very late and checked out super early. The security uncle even helped my family clean some stains on our car.

Review: I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the highlight was the exceptional service from HA at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, HA greeted me with a warm smile and handled everything with professionalism and care. The check-in process was seamless, and HA went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt welcome.

The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. But it’s the outstanding service from HA that truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future!

Review: I booked the 50sqm apartment. It was a great place to stay, it was clean, felt new, with an unobstructed view of the river. The hotel was well managed, the receptionists were super nice and spoke English well.
I would say there is one big flaw though: several apartments share a lightwell via both the bathrooms and bedrooms, and the windows are thin. So at night, you can hear too many sounds and the light from their windows can also disrupt you (no blinds). If I come back, I will ask for a room away without the lightwell.

Review: The room is beautiful, clean, fully equipped, and the bathroom is clean as well. The staff is enthusiastic, and daily cleaning can be requested. It's just a little unfortunate that the soundproofing is a bit poor, as you can hear clearly what is happening in the neighboring room. With the room price I booked for about 550k per day, it is truly worth experiencing.

Positive points: Easy access, big room, and comes with a washing machine.

However, if they can flexible in check-in time, it would be better. Anw, super amazing experience to stay in Da Nang!

Review: In general, the apartment was alright. Can’t really compare much since its budget. The staff were really friendly and helpful. However, the room was dusty which cause me to cough quite often. Quilt has stain on them and the window near the bed doesn’t have blinds which affected my sleep.

Positive points: The rooms were decently spacious for a couple, value for money

Review: Everything inside was in new condition and clean. Large room with kitchenette.

When you walk in the door of the building, you're in a retail store. On your right side is an elevator. Take it to the second floor to get to the check-in reception area. It's open until 10 pm.
