Positive points: The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location was great. We rented motorbikes which was easy to do in Quy Nhon and was able to access everything easily.
Negative points: It's not city center, but close. Not as walkable to the beach from this hotel, but we rented motorbikes so it wasn't an issue.
Review: They gave me a room as small as a nostril, when I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, they gave me a bigger room but didn't say anything. When I was checking out, they informed me that they upgraded my room and charged me double the amount for the room I had booked. The wifi didn't work at all, that's it, once and for all.

Positive points: My room was amazing. Big, comfortable, clean... Super nice.
Negative points: Well... They say it's a smoke-free property on Booking. There are signs everywhere saying that smoking is only allowed on the rooftop and in the carpark..... Yet, they tell people they can smoke in the hallways.... Right next to the No smoking signs... So, they don't allow smoking in the room which would only stinking up one room. Instead, they allow smoking in the hallway and stink up every room on the floor. I would have rated this place a 9-10, but they can't even enforce the most basic of rules... No smoking. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to complain, taking cigarette butts with me, before they told the guests to not smoke in the hallway.

Positive points: Parking, cozy, quick walk to the beach
Negative points: an extra 180,000 to add the breakfast was a waste, it was very limited. should be a buffet for this price. There was a fixed open window in the bathroom with no screen, and I got eaten alive by mosquitoes in the night with no solution. Very horrible rest. Also, the pool is in not in working order. It is not listed anywhere and it is not mentioned when you arrive. (it is only printed so they glaze over it. It’s sneaky) Not honest business when you’re taking people’s money.

Positive points: This was my second time at the Mira Grand.nThis hotel checked all the boxes for me…nClean room, comfortable bed, cold AC, great location, and great value. To top it off they rented me a motor bike for a great price. I highly recommend the Mira Grand.
