Positive points: Was all good, just a little barrier with the language and in the morning we didn’t have hot water for shower (or we didn’t know how to turn on the hot water).

Positive points: Good location, convenient with free bike, Luke and Trang very helpful and accommodating.

Positive points: What an amazing homestay/hotel. It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays.

Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place:

- The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ.
Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes.

The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property.

And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people.

- The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat.
Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them.

- Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Review: friendly host

Positive points: It was fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, did our laundry and always had a smile on their faces. Highly recommend!

Positive points: The loveliest hosts who did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Great location for Hoi An - a short bike/taxi ride or about a 15 min walk into old town. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely pool although didn't get to use it personally due to the weather.

Positive points: The couple that own this place are just so so nice , like the nicest people you could ever meet, and I wish them so much success in the future 💯, they could do no more for us . Breakfast is good , we wouldn't want any more

Positive points: Luke the owner and his wife are personal friends of mine after my stay we chat on WhatsApp every day they were so so fantastic such a lovely pair of couple I will return next year and stay with them.

Positive points: This property is in a great quiet location but not far to get to the main area in Hoi An. The hosts went above and beyond for us, helping us to get transport as well as assisting us when we came back late at night (sorry about that!!!). They were so lovely and happy to accommodate whatever we needed and made us feel like family.
The room was beautiful and clean, and the best of the best was the bed. SO COMFORTABLE!!! Best stay we have had so far and we thank you for your hospitality.

Positive points: It was away from the town, really quiet and different experience from the tourist zone, nice area to explore.

Positive points: For the price, this is one of the best homestays. The staff was incredibly helpful with planning my trip and arranging a cab. Thank you so much!
