Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that my experience was simply exceptional. Firstly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, making my nights of sleep extremely restful. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, catering to all my needs with a warm smile. The room was impeccably clean and incredibly quiet, allowing me to fully unwind after a busy day. I was never disturbed by outside noise, which really helped make my stay most enjoyable. Lastly, I must mention how charming the receptionist was. Her friendly and professional welcome truly added a special touch to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay experience.

Positive points: The location is great, I could reach wherever I want from here. The biggest plus is the room. It has a wooden floor which is warm and comfortable when I step on my bare feet. The bed is excellently cozy. I like the balcony a lot whose view is to the mountain, creating a great vibe. Water gets hot fast. The bathroom is provided with shampoo and shower gel, of fair quality. The staff is super friendly and helpful. All come at a happy price for me. I highly recommend this place.

The location is central, surrounded by a peaceful environment, and it is better to choose this hotel instead of those located on Tran Phu street due to heavy traffic and dangerous driving.

Review: I traveled from Binh Duong at 6am and arrived at the hotel around 11:30am. Had a comfortable night, the hotel was clean and close to the city center. Additionally, there's breakfast available across the hotel and a cafe. Thank you, hotel!

Review: The layout of the room made it cramped even though it was 30m2. It was a family room with 2 queen beds although what I booked was supposed to be king. The room has such poor sound proofing that we could not have a good night's sleep. The windows opened up to an air well with zero view although the Agoda description of the room said we had a courtyard view. Totally dishonest. The coughing and banging and noise from the guests in the adjacent upstairs room was so loud that we could not get any sleep. This hotel has no soundproofing whatsoever. Horrible. This was the main gripe we had with this hotel. Please avoid at all cost. Furnishing was dated and falling apart.

Review: Simple rooms. Well located on the edge of the centre of Bao Loc. Perfectly adequate for a good night's sleep and hot shower.
