Review: Location perfect. Room small not as to the photos. No lift.stars.

Review: i thought there’s an elevator so i requested for a higher room. it was challenging. haha good thing that the hotel is very near to tourist spots. room is not being cleaned everyday. the towels smell bad. no hook for the shower. tho, they have good servicing staff.

Review: The hotel is in a great location and the staff are really friendly. The rooms are lovely but could do with some investment in the bathrooms - wall ties falling over, broken mirror tray etc. I would definitely stay at the hotel again though

Review: We had such a lovely stay here. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well. The location was perfect, right next to the bus station and within walking distance to restaurants cafes and the walking street. It was also lovely and quiet.

Review: This hotel sells their rooms fraudulently. I booked a deluxe room including bath, kitchenette and big screen or projector, but they switched to a standard room and said it was 'because it's cheap'. No apology, the owner refused to get on the phone to explain. When I checked later, they were still advertising the deluxe room, clearly their whole policy is bait and switch. They can't be trusted, don't go here.

Review: I can’t give a bad review for this but just a heads up that the hotwl does not have an elevator and the top most floor is 7. There are some crazy customers who’d give a low rating coz of this but I wouldn’t. I would instead talk about the positives. The receptionist is extremely polite and helpful. She is also bilingual. Worth every penny spent here

Review: In 5 weeks travel in Vietnam and better and not so good hotels this reached to the by far worst hotel! It starts that this hotel resembles to a graveyard with already a black iron entrance gate and later inside all is in black! My room has been on top of this without windows -not mentioned in the website- and one felt like in a coffin! Furtheron the Aircon did not fully function and was never repaired during my stay. This again caused many strange exchanges with the young and incapable staff. On top, I admitted that I stained a towel which cost me scamming 300.000 Dong for which I could maybe buy a dozen! Never, ever it should occur to you to stay in this dubious place!!!

Review: My stay was comfortable and good and it was value for money, the hotel staff was good and the rooms were clean and neat, overall a very good experience and pleasant stay.
