Review: Good service, good value
Positive points: Everything was perfect location and all staff 👍
Negative points: Hotel WiFi was so slowing
Review: I had the best stay at this hotel. The staff members are friendly too. The hotel is within a walking distance to the Dragon bridge.
Positive points: I really loved the location, very close to the Golden Bridge and some other attractions in the area. Customer service was good too!
Negative points: We could have done without the breakfast, unfortunately there weren’t many choices for vegetarian diets and everything seemed to be gone/not replenished enough.
Review: The room is spacious, infront of the river, close to dragon bridge. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended
Positive points: The staff are quick to respond and accommodating of our requests.
Negative points: The facilities can be improved like soundproofing to avoid disturbances from other guests, bed linens look worn and almost brownish. But it is not bad based on the pricing.
Review: Very good hotel and nice staffs.
Positive points: Good location and room was comfortable. We had bathroom sink blockage and they fixed it in no time.
Negative points: Lack of food options for breakfast. Staff failed to understand simple English or chose not to listen.
Review: I got rooms in 9th floor with view to han river and dragon bridge, it is really beautiful especially in the night, i sleep without close the curtain. Hotel's Service very good, everyday make up the room, and receptionist was polite and nice. I stay for 4 nights and really enjoy my stay. Recommended who want to stay at da nang. Close to many cafe and restaurant, and son tra night market, just walking 10 minutes and you arrived.

I was staying there for three or four nights and one of the days I had to go to Bana Hills early so I went to have breakfast. Their breakfast time is 615 to 9, I think. Even at 6:30 well a lot of people were having breakfast still lot of the shelves were empty. They were not prepared.
On the next day, we came around like 730 like a regular time or the breakfast and I see there are some empty containers some saying it was noodle and some of them to containers showing that it had chicken etc.
I had bread and some other stuff which was left and then waited and then about 30 minutes later. It seems not refilled so I ask the person who is working there whether are you going to refill?
With a very rude attitude, he said no.
I was like what the hell, it’s just the middle of the breakfast, buffet time and you’re not refilling.

Positive points: Great location, 902 room view is awesome.
Negative points: Breakfast can be improved, staff should have more information to share with visitors, receptionist is not having any idea about the property, breakfast menu etc
Review: The hotel is at excellent location, opposite to lock bridge and very close to Dragon bridge and Son tra night market. Some rooms have view of the dragon bridge and river. There are many low cost spas and good food options nearby.
