Overall good
-But the shower gel and shampoo didn’t refill daily , when request also not able to do so as the staff unable to understand English
- the bell boy staff with grey color uniform , curly hair with spec is very kind and helpful
- the breakfast is nice , but the restaurant is not spacious
- request for extra room key card , been told everyday that is fully booked this is not convenient for our family member .
- the cleanliness is good , bed comfy , but toilet bowl always stuck

Review: We came during chinese new year. Some shops and malls are closed. Hotel book for us Banahills tour which was v good. Local eating house is cheap n good local food. We enjoy thecolddesserts n bbq grill meat by Street hawkers. So many V good massage spas. Bought many sneakers and sports shoes from shop nearby. Avoid thev expensive big seafood restaurants.

Positive points:
The location, on a main road with many restaurants and coffee shops, is very close to the beach.
Staff are all nice and polite.
Negative points:
The facility was disappointing. The room was smaller and less pretty than in the picture. We had NO view, the "city view" was a wall, full of AC exterior parts, so close to our window that I could touch them. I barely had the space to open my luggage. I don't feel like the room was super clean either. Everything in the toilet was narrow. Most importantly, the room had no noise isolation whatsoever. I could hear people talking in the other room, not mentioning people talking in the corridor. And when people rang the bell next door, I thought they rang for my room.
I'd rather pay more for a better room. It's a bit sad to stay here for a holiday.

Positive points: It’s a comparably new hotel
Negative points: Extremely noisy airconditioning ao hard to sleep and when I asked to move me to another room they said it’s not a solution and I have to figure the solution out myself. At 6am some noises started, I guess from the restaurant so in total I was sleeping like 3-5 hours.
Review: Stayed here 2 nights. Great location to beach. In front is busy, but I couldn't hear noise from room
Positive points: We had a great stay at Mercy Emerald. The staff and hospitality is excellent especially Daniel, the front office team and security guy
Negative points: The breakfast wasn’t diversified but still okay
Review: Location is great, beach is 5mins walk from hotel and nearby lots of eateries and shops. Room is average size with full amenities, wifi is good and breakfast acceptable.
