Review: It tooks a while to check in. They say the system is down. nThe hotel it self is good, the pool is great. The breakfast was not enough for everybody, it empty while everybody is still eating. The staff wasnt aware, and just leave the food empty without trying to refill.
Review: one of the best named hotel in Tangerang, yet not so great for accesibility, while it is in Central Tangerang nonetheless, and 8 km from Alam Sutra. Good and quick services, with a good facilities, and reasonable price

Review: Kamar yang saya dapati dari awal masuk, cukup kotor di area sofa, seperti tidak di bersihkan, pasir dan debu itu bisa dilihat dengan mata.nnEsok nya kamar minta dibersihkan, hanya dirapihkan kasur, sofa masih tetap kotor dan makanan sisa cemilan anak brantakan di lantai tetap ada seperti tidak di sapu dan dibersihkan sama sekali.nn
Positive points: breakfast was great. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough for me. I really enjoyed it.
Negative points: The AC in the workout room was not working while I was there. That was the only drawback. The workout room itself was much better than I was expecting, except for the AC.

Positive points: it’s not too far from the airport and also from Karawaci when using tollroad. the property is quite new and the design is unique but works well. Bed is very comfortable. Room is quite insulated due to the carpeted floors. the FO team honored my request to put me in a room far from the main road.
Negative points: Please provide a hand soap and hand towel next to the wash basin
