Review: The location is excellent. However, the facility requires upgrades. The staff is friendly, but some of them should concentrate more on their work and limit personal conversations. Overall, I would rate this hotel as 4 stars, not 5.

Review: Many times I have gone to Tay Ninh for a day trip, so I have never stayed overnight at a hotel, but this time, for the group of mothers and aunts going on a pilgrimage, choosing Melia Vinpearl Hotel was an excellent choice. The view directly overlooks the mountains I only planned to go on a spiritual pilgrimage and didn’t think Tay Ninh had much beautiful scenery, but unexpectedly from the hotel I could admire the mountain view from above so beautifully. The interior was also clean and fresh, and the food was delicious.nnNot to mention, the quality of service was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Next time I go to Tay Ninh, I will stop by again!

Positive points: The costume service was excellent! The location is convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a family visit.
Negative points: On the first night, the water was yellow, but they promptly sent someone to fix it, and it improved the next day
