Review: For just travelers better prefer better place. The restaurant always cheat on the bill.

Review: Good location to stay & scuba dive at Tulamben(Liberty Wreck) area.nEasy access to dive sites.nFriendly staff at resort and dive shop.
Negative points: I specifically picked this hotel because it was on the beach AND HAD A POOL. On arrival I was told that the pool wasn’t available. But the booking.com AND the hotel website shows their beautiful pool. I could understand if the pool unavailability was a day thing but it’s been under real maintenance for some time, long enough for the management to notify booking.com that they don’t have a pool and change their website until they do. Either they are deliberately lying to prospective customers OR they are too lazy to do the work. Either way I will recommend my dive friends do not stay there.
Review: Booked 2 nights rooms are good but noisy from outside scooters and cannot sleep at night breakfast is poornnAlso booked beginner diving for 2 people. in their pricelist is extra 300k for camera but when we arrived to the diving point i was told 450k i told them its 300k on reception they said oknAfter about 30 minutes i overheard 2 instructors talking to eachother in Indonesian that they should charge us 400k and they had a good laugh about itnnThe diving instructor was great and explained everything well helped us navigating under the waternBut after 10 minutes in the dive my gf fell dizzy, unwell and threw up a bit and we had to abort our dive and return backnnLater we wanted to go snorkelling and take the camera with us but they told us the time for camera is over.nso we have 8 pictures (0 together) and 3 videos which cost us 300k(+diving fee) they and wanted 450knnnI know its our fault we had to abort dive early but they could let us use the camera to make some pictures in the ocean together as it costs them nothing extra and at least make the customer happy after dive not going wellnnWhile checking out they charged us for water bottle(+ service charge) which they gave us during diving for free
Positive points: Access to the beach with good snorkeling right in front of hotel
Negative points: The room was not as shown in the pictures - very dark with small window facing the wall, located in an apartment building close to the road. nThe seaside area is tiny and there are very few places to chill next to it. We had difficulty finding where to spend time pleasantly in the hotel premises. nHotel staff is not particularly friendly.
Review: Nice pit stop stay at Tulamben, if you which to plan an early morning Scuba dive at Tulamben.
Positive points: The grounds, & breakfast were great. The staff were amazing. They looked after our every need. Dive staff were very helpful.
Negative points: The surrounding area of the resort did not provide for anything to do. The pool area was too condensed. It was awkward for loungers.
Review: The restaurant has some of the best views of the sea and the sunrise and the starry night sky. The resort environment is tranquil and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are some problems with the WiFi (it is just bad) and the ventilation in the bathroom. But, overall, it is good value.
Positive points: The staff was extremely helpful. I had an ear infection from a previous dive trip, and they arranged a visit (including transport) to a nearby clinic upon check-in to help me get care and medication. When the infection prevented me from being able to partake in planned dive activities, they helped accommodate my change in schedule. nnThe food ans view from the restaurant were fantastic.
Positive points: Location was good. Breakfast was good. Room was small but for the one night was fine . Good water pressure

Positive points: Friendly staff, restaurant overlooking beach with poolside bar.
Negative points: Change towels. Diving every day towels need changing every couple of days. Asked but didn't happen. Bed a little soft for me, but that is a personal thing, not uncomfortable.
Review: Rooms were exactly in front of sea. Such beautiful and memorable location. Food too awesome and staff really helpful. Really recommend it for stay.
Positive points: Nice place for divers for 1-3 days as you can start directly from the shore. When we were there, they offered 5 dives a day (maximum approximately 45 minutes long) including the liberty wrack. Friendly staff and reasonable prices at the restaurant. For non-divers there are nicer areas to stay on Bali, Tulamben has little to offer.
Negative points: Overall our stay was a bit disappointing. The staff at the reception seemed unmotivated from time to time, the massage team looked so derogatory at us when we wanted to book a second massage that we decided for an alternative option. Our moscito-nets had several big holes, house keeping tried to mend them, but couldn't find all of them (it was not possible to get new nets), the AC was very noisy and uncomfortable to use at night. Apart from that they have a sewage problem that caused an unpleasant smell in our bathroom and at some places on the property.
Review: Pro:n1. Nice location, good staff, clean roomn2. They have resturant which is open till 10 p.m.n3. The diving instructor was really good. He helped thoroughly at the time of pool session n4. At the time of diving also they were really careful and helpful.nnCon:nJust one minor thing.Due to the power load problem, at morning time, power got disconnected for 4 times. They will work on this issue future, so hopefully next time people will not face it..
Positive points: Staff were great! Restaurant staff would always hold my baby so I could eat and she was happy, the massage was great.nOwner was friendly and had good chats on check in and check out.nThe food was great! Watermelon juice was amazing! One of the best I've had in Bali!nBed was soft and squishy which was nice for a few nights but glad we didn't stay longer or my back would suffer 😅nRight on the water with amazing views!
Negative points: Bathroom had a horrible smell and the shower head could not be directed and would spray clear across the room if you didn't hold it in your hand for the whole shower. nThere isn't much to do near here except for diving so if you don't plan to dive I wouldn't bother coming to this area.
Review: This is small but well run place. I don’t know if you should stay there if not diving, but diving was good (both safety and price wise). Wreck and wall diving possible by just from the shore. Staff is amazing, in-house food is very good, everything is pretty comfortable. Note that there is no ATM around, so bring cash or rent a scooter to drive 20 min to Amed. Nice place, recommend.
Positive points: We loved staying at this resort. We came to Tulamben to do a scuba diving excursion to the USAT Liberty shipwreck. The location here was super convenient, since it was close to the dive site. Our bungalow had such character, and we LOVED the upstairs deck/patio with ocean views. Our kids loved playing in the hotel pool, which was just a few steps down from the bungalow. The restaurant offered very generous portions at amazing prices, and we even discovered that they delivered food with no additional charge to our bungalow, which was great as well. Just loved the views, the quiet ambiance, and the convenient location!
Negative points: We were a little surprised that the lower floor (with two twin beds) in our unit did not have AC as it connected to a stairwell that was open to the outside. This was not a huge deal since the temperatures were fine during our visit, but it was a little unexpected.
