Review: Good budget hotel if you like the quiet.
Positive points: This has to be the most unprofessional group of people I have ever experienced in 65 years of travel.
Negative points: There was absolutely nothing to like about this place. The most disrespectful people one could imagine. Avoid this place at all costs.
Review: The room on the top floor has a nice sea view, it is clean, with basic furnishings, and the price is very reasonable for budget couples and families. Disadvantages: The homestay sign is quite small and obscured, making it hard to find. The bathroom had drainage issues and a sewer smell, but it was addressed immediately after reporting it to the staff.

Positive points: Beautiful room with spacious bed and nice spa bath.
Negative points: Prior to arriving on the property, we were under the impression that the beach was 50m from the location. Upon arrival, we were quite disappointed. Not only is the property on a busy and loud street, but a beach where you can swim and hang out on is no where in sight. Most of the beachfront in this area is privatized and if not, it’s filled with trash. We also thought there would be bicycles included, which they are not.

Review: The homestay is located on NDC Street, across from the Bon Bon, Nam Y, CASA restaurants, and coconut ice cream 68. Nearby, there is a large spa and several small bars, offering many dining and entertainment options. The homestay owner is cheerful, attentive, and friendly. The room has a moderate size
Review: it is not small, but the sound insulation is poor. The restroom facilities are usable but a bit old. Motorbike rentals are available for freedom to explore. The accommodation fee is low, suitable for those who love to travel and only need a place to rest at night.
Positive points: The room itself is new and cozy. Location is good near restaurants and with scooter close to Mui Ne and the tourist attractions.
Negative points: The description of the booking mentioned free bikes, but there were none. To resolve this, we were lent a scooter bike during our stay. Although the appartment is 50 meters away from the shore, there is no beach close. Staff could not speak any English, but was helpful by using translating apps.
Review: NOT A BAD SPOT FOR THE PRICE, WE STAY IN ROOM BESIDE RECEPTION AND THE NIGHT CLERK PLAYED HIS PHNE VERY LOUD, I ASK HIM TO TURN DOWN, I THINK DEAF,
Positive points: Thái độ cực tệ, thiếu văn hoá. Mình có đặt phòng, nhưng vì lý do bất khả kháng, lịch trình bị thay đổi, mình chưa thể gọi huỷ ngày hôm đó, thì tối hôm đó mình nhận được 1 cuộc gọi từ homestay xác nhận huỷ, và sau đó là các tin nhắn như hình. Mình vẫn có thể chấp nhận huỷ tính phí, nhưng thái độ của Maidi homstay là không chấp nhận được. Những khách hàng muốn được tôn trọng, có trải nghiệm tốt thì vẫn còn nhiều lựa chọn khác ở Phan Thiết.
Review: The room is cute, clean, and especially offers a free upgrade if there's availability. The host is very friendly! The price is very cheap, starting from just 1xx/person.
Positive points: View ổn
Negative points: Nhân viên thái độ như không cần khách, không friendly, luôn luôn cắm mặt vào điện thoại, đến nhận phòng mà anh nhân viên xăm trổ mà làm như đang trong công an phường vậy :D nói chung là không hề thoải mái, phòng bình thường, giá cao nhờ view đẹp, nhưng không hiểu sao mình vào thì lại ngứa khi nằm trên giường, ra ngoài thì lại hết, anh chủ thì nhiệt tình nhưng nhân viên thì ngược lại, nên mình nghĩ mình sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây nữa.

Negative points: Phòng hơi có mùi ẩm ẩm nhẹ, cần cải thiện
Review: Stayed for one night. Nicely decorated and clean room. Just that the room is at the highest floor. So take note if you have big and heavy luggage bags. For me it's alright 👍🏻 Recommended 💯

Review: Room furniture feels very dated with no TV (i do get the concept of rustic and this is not it), lighting is absolute trash with tube light and a very annoying glow of yellow (compared to downlight) there are rust on the faucet, for the price there are better place in the area, the image provided are accurate in some perspective but very disapointed when checking it in detail. Sorry!
Positive points: Phòng rất rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Đối diện có nhiều quán ăn ngon. Tuy bãi biển gần đó không hợp để tắm lắm nhưng cũng đủ sạch để ngắm.
