MaiChi Villa Hoi An

Positive points: Host was very accomodating. Answered any questions very quickly through booking.com and WhatsApp. So informative of the area and provided great recommendations from Tailors to places to eat. She also organised transport from the hotel and to our next accomodation in Da Nang which was super helpful. Room was very nice and spacious! Location is good, very close to ancient town, just walking distance or a short grab bike ride around if you’re not bothered walking :)

Review: The room was very good and spacious with cupboards to store your luggage. Bathroom was neat and tidy with a bathtub and all necessary amenities were provided. Pool was also great. The staff was exceptionally excellent and they provided us vegan food for breakfast when asked for. The hotel was centrally located as it was as a walkable distance from the ancient town, night market, dragon bridge.

Positive points: Very good location close to centre of Hoi An Old Town. Lady who checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful & was very friendly, offering recommendations of local area. Room was very spacious as was bathroom especially.

Review: A gorgeous place nestled into one of the back alleys. Staff were the friendliest we have had in Vietnam, and shared so much amazing advice about Hanoi. Rooms were very spacious, super clean with great air con. Location is just a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the lantern lake. Loved it

The hotel is in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the old town. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower is excellent and we had everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic quality for the price.

Review: 房间空间蛮大的没压迫感，柜台小姐姐很亲切，会推荐你附近的必吃美食店。小缺点是没电梯要扛行李，当是小姐姐会自己帮忙杠的。

Positive points: This stay was great but a huge highlight were the staff. Minty was amazing. I was able to get in touch with her about transport prior to our arrival, when we got to the hotel she sat us down to show us activities we could do in Hoi An but in no way was pushy and just trying to be helpful with experiences, offered airport transfer and overall made our staff very comfortable and welcoming

Review: Though tucked away in a quiet corner, it is within walkable distance to the ancient town and night market. We would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by MINTY! Positive points: The location is great, the villa is basically in the old town but well isolated. The room is huge (and the bed also!) and the staff very helpful!
