Review: Our family had a wonderful time resting here. The villa is beautiful and environmentally friendly, and the staff are always very helpful to guests.

Positive points: The villa was great value and the staff were all warm and supportive. The Guest relations app was a great help.

Negative points: One big complaint we had about the villa was that the outside cushions got so mouldy! Definitely didnt expect to see that, it was a major turnoff. The beach was quite dirty, and I cringed so hard seeing broken pieces of glass and ceramics too... Food was quite average.

Positive points: Very well located . Offering a peaceful resort

Negative points: By choosing the half board option which included either a meal or SPA per pax and per day , but as we chose a la carte menu (ie no free meal) the SPA wasn’t available because to many guest (high season) we couldn’t take advantage of the half board .

Positive points: Staffs are wonderful!! Breakfast was simple, neat and good. I like the vibe. In there is slow and peaceful, not much guests.

Negative points: Location is far away from Quy Nhon center.

Positive points: The staffs so lovely, they offer me free 2 hrs early check in & 2 hrs late check out while I have evening fly. nResort also offer all free of snack, cookies + drinking bottles mini bar and free excellence cakes at 6pm.nRoom design, funitues & colors are perfect & feel so relax.

Negative points: Water in public & villa's pool are cool. It will perfect if they are warm like other resorts I stayed in Quy Nhon or Mui Ne.

Positive points: This is one of the best resort we stayed so far on our trip. The property layout is easy access to all amenities by walking or buggy service. The foods and spa service were excellent. The staff at Maia are friendly, courteous and tentative to every guest.nA big shout out to Hieu for taking care of us from checking in, foods, spa and transportation. She make us feel welcome and being at home..

Negative points: Nothing, everything was perfect

Positive points: Spacious villa, delicious dinner-set, great hospitality especially the kitchen staff.

Negative points: A bit far from city. Access to beach was partially closed in windy season. Luxurious spa, but massage was so-so.

Review: This place is truly worth it with its beautiful location and clean resort space. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist with all your needs. The facilities are complete and diverse, making your vacation much more comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and varied, catering to all guests' needs. The overall experience was very positive, and I will return.

10.0 Pleasant stay with family - Van 21-02-2024

Positive points: I had a great stay at Maia. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they walked me through the app where I could book lunch/dinner and request services. We stayed at a 2-BR pool villa. The landscape is so beautiful. The bedrooms size are very decent and I particularly loved the master bathroom. There were free refills of water, soft drinks, and small treats for every night during our stay. The package that I booked allowed choosing between lunch/dinner or spa treatments. I was planning to check out the spa, but since the resort is located rather far from any good restaurants nearby, we ended up using the dinner options for all nights. They had different menus every day, but some of the food was repeated. I thought that the food was getting better towards the end of our stay. For some day, breakfast food options were even better than dinner. Food was generally good (~7/10).

Negative points: The only downside is the location. Maia resort is sort of in the middle of nowhere, so calling a cab to get around is rather difficult. But this is not something that the resort can fix anyway. If I want to have lowkey relaxing stay, I would still choose Maia resort again.

Positive points: The best thing about Maia is that all the staff there were very very welcoming and warm.nService level is very high and we were very satisfied with their service and hospitality.nnThe Resort also has a very nice atmosphere.nnDefinitely worth a visit.

Negative points: Nothing negative about them.nBut for those stay for more than a few days, if they had more food variation that would be nice. (Since the resort is quite far away from everything we ended up eating at the resort restaurant most of the time)
